Spotlight Healthcare services provide supported living to adult clients with Learning and/ or mental disabilities across 10 houses located in Leigh, Southend and Rochford. We have great opportunities for dedicated individuals to join our team and add support workers, team leaders and managers. These roles were across all of the above locations.

As we provide support 24 hours a day there are opportunities to work morning shifts afternoon shift and sleep shifts.

 

DBS checks and references are required and on-the-job training will be provided as well as an opportunity to gain NVQ qualifications in social care.
