Our aim is to provide our clients with integrated living opportunities. We are an ordinary living establishment based within the community. We offer our clients a consistent provision of support. We work hard to ensure that we maintain a high standard of care whilst striving to promote independence, freedom of choice, dignity, confidence and self-esteem whenever possible, thus providing our service-users with the highest quality of life.
Our Aims & Objectives
We provide care and support to clients with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities conditions.
Emphasis is on promoting independence and enhancing quality of life through medical and therapeutic intervention.
To focus on our clients. We aim to use individualised care and support plans to provide support in ways which have positive outcomes for the clients and promote active participation.
To ensure the service is fit for purpose, we examine our operations constantly to ensure that we are successfully achieving our stated aims and purposes. We welcome feedback from our service users and their friends and relatives.
To actively participate in community events through one to one sessions and planned events with other clients.
The staff will provide support on individual needs and will focus on developing independence, person-centred life skills, communication, social skills, choice and person-centred planning, to achieve set goals.
To employ a quality workforce. Standards for our staff are based
on the national occupational standards for the care industry set by the National Training Organisation.
All Staff will regularly receive supervision, appraisal and attend
relevant and statutory training courses.
