Vision StatementSpotlight Healthcare provides small group living accommodation. We encourage active engagement and participation in the community and provide individualised care plans to our clients.
We offer excellent opportunities which help to develop new lifestyle choices as part of a personalised rehabilitation process. These include cycling sessions, dog walking, art therapy, drama therapy, walking sessions and many more. Our staff will continue to monitor, review and report client’s progress.
Our purpose is to maximize the potential of our clients and support with the transitional care whilst integrating our adults back into the community.
Our principal objective is to support and value all our clients through implementing personalized care plans. This is aimed at enabling our clients to stay safe in their new environment. We will empower and enable our clients to regain their independence and confidence to make informed choices and also introduce new activities.
We will work very closely with our clients, their families and their community support team to promote recovery.
